Editor's note: This order is from a long-time client who has used Marketing Valet at the three companies he's worked for. In this email, he outlines his requirements and budget concerns. We met his budget requirements by 1) shifting some of the pre-production responsibilities (writing) to his team and 2) giving a discount since he's been such a loyal customer. ------------------------------------------------------- From: XXXXX Sent: Tuesday, March 10, 2009 7:31 AM To: Ted Fong Cc: XXXXX Subject: XXXXX Campaign-Overview Importance: High Hi Ted, We are going to launch a new marketing campaign called "XXXX Colombia". Our target launch date is April 1st, if we can meet that date. The campaign overview is attached. I will be asking your team to quote the following work: 1. Newsletter layout development & first newsletter, 4-6 pages 2. Flash 180 x 180 object we can use for online banner ads - GIF - ANIMTED GIF - FLASH (ALL FLASH MATERIAL REQURES A CLICK TAG) - SIZE 72 DPI /BANNER FILE SIZE MAXIMUM 1 BYTE PER PIXLE 3. Photoshop work on some of our photos to make them shine a little more 4. New 4 page brochure, jazzier and flashier than our current brochures 5. Website - as a backup if XXXXX cannot build it. If there are other things you are good at on the list, please advise. As the economy is very bad, please provide your most aggressive pricing. We have limited funds to work with right now, our business is way down. I will send you more details as I have them, but if you can provide some ballpark idea of cost that would help. Thanks.
