 Once you've worked with your client for awhile, it's not hard to know what he wants and how he works. The rather complex Flash project was kicked off via email with just the Marketing Valet PM and her client collaborating as they usually do. The client probably uses other vendors for other marketing campaigns, but MV is at the top of his list for anything Flash related.  
  
 Informality promotes efficiency. Later the PM will translate the client's requirements into specifics for the production team.

 So I think we’re going to make seven to eight 1 minute modules. I liked the process we had last time we made the flash. I’d like to keep the dimensions the same. Pretty much the same look and feel. But I don’t think we’ll have XXXXX walking through. I’d like each chapter to be able to stand alone, but then we could have one longer file that has them all together. 
  
 Can you give me quotes on if I provide an outline on the script and if you do most of the writing and then one where I do the script. I liked how we did it last time and I prefer to do it that way. I really think it’s too difficult for me to write a script and you guys make the animation around it. It really needs to work in unison and I don’t see me sitting with your art director writing the script together.

 - Will you also be providing the script?  
 - Would this Flash piece have the same dimension, look and feel as the previous one?  
 - Would this have the same style with some screenshots so all your Flash pieces match?

 - Would you need this to be in other formats?  
 - Shall we say that the total duration is 5 minutes (including a short intro and conclusion)?

 I’ve been thinking about creating another flash piece. This would go into more detail around our services. Like for example XXXXX management. That’s one of our core services. This is where we automatically XXXXX, do XXXXX,  
 XXXXX server, etc. I can envision a flash piece where it walks through what this means. I think we have like 5 different core services that I want to give about 45-60 second explanations with flash and some screen shots.  
  
 I’d like to have them be able to be individual independent capsules or one longer piece with “chapters” you can click on. I’m meeting with our technical expert this week to discuss what services we would want to showcase. But I wanted to get with you about this. You did our first flash piece and I wanted to know the price we could expect. Let’s say 5 independent but inter-twined capsules of around 45-60 seconds each. Narrated. 
  
 This is coming out of my advertising budget so I’m looking to see if I can make room for it.
